Spirituality Series 🔮✨

I believe that I really started to piece together the puzzle and kind of make the connection of the thoughts that I was having about my mind, body, spirit, and kind of like how that connection really carried me throughout my childhood and allowed me to persevere through the tough times and whatnot. But I think growing up, I was also often confused with the concept of spirituality just in general, and I discredited as religion

So we would seek refuge in our daydreams or in our imagination. But, yeah, later on, that evolved into praying, meditating. We even went to seminary to study theology just to try to understand what's real and relevant to us. And honestly, the only reason we went to seminary was because we had a dream that we believe God was communicating to us in this dream. And they call that a Theophany. And that dream literally changed our lives because of the choice we made

So that's how I kind of developed this understanding that I have now. And I feel like it's only transforming. It's never stagnant. I don't ever close my mind off of any religions. I guess it's kind of a hard topic to talk about. Sometimes people get really defensive and protective of what they believe in, but, yeah, not me. I choose to be open minded still and come from a place of enlightenment, no matter what

They're honestly something I think really changed my life in this whole process. I started listening to them like five years ago. It has to be over five years now actually. And I just find them on YouTube. I listen to them throughout the night when I go to sleep. And yeah, my favorites are 528 Hertz and 432 Hertz. Whether I fully understand it or not, there's science behind it and I just feel like it's working and it's what I'm meant to be doing

The I AM @cassidywat

How are you going to show up? How are you going to connect? How are you going to access your divine and divine and you and the divineness all around you? How are you going to be divine in this world? Not in like a narcissistic way, but I mean by good, the ultimate good, the best version of you. How do you do that? That is how you be divine and only you can answer that and you're totally responsible for that. And blessings and miracles

So my perspective of spirituality is more just a faith that's within a person that could be manifested in whatever way they choose, but more in a broader sense of like an acceptance of a higher power, but not necessarily a God in the traditional sense
