Hey, when I think about life coaches, I go for the differentiation between a life coach and a therapist, where a life coach gets more into the weeds of decision making around tactical, practical approaches to things that are obstructed directing our flow. So a life coach is really like somebody who's right there on the sidelines supporting our decisions, not so much prescriptive telling us what to do, but really bringing in sort of a playbook that we can create ourselves, co create with you

I also think about that distinction between a therapist and a life coach is where I feel like therapy is maybe more of digging in and understanding the roots of things, the sense that life coaches are more sort of like they help you organize the current stuff you got on your table and how to prioritize or find pathways between you and your goals. And I was thinking that it would seem like it would be very compatible both disciplines to be doing them at the same time

Sorry, I mean, the heart is going to London at the moment. Outside self is just so the bills is just exactly, yeah. So we're following the ICS guidelines and I'm amazed because already what I'm amazed with is her ability, my client, her ability. When she's coaching us, we watch her coaching and then they break things down and we watch film of her coaching and then it's broken down. I can see her ability to listen on every level

Even though the coaching session was just a practice coaching session, it was just 20 minutes this week where I was being coached for 20 minutes. But the other student, my colleague, that has left quite an impression on me. And it's actually changed my behavior. And I'm very aware of why I'm changing my behavior. And it's not just around the thing that I was talking about. It's spread into other areas of my life because I realized it's all the same
