Smile (2022) Review

article image placeholderUploaded by @Byrdseyeview
It was on Amazon Prime, but it's through Paramount. So the first thing I would just want to talk about is that the pros of course the pros I would have to say is that the movie is well acted, well directed, great cinematography. There are some great shots in this film. I don't know all the actors names. I probably should write that down next time. But the main actress is Sosie Bacon, which is the daughter of Kevin Bacon. She does a phenomenal job

So smile though, I don't know, I guess because I was raised in horror movies that the jump scares were mild to me. I'm not taking away anything, I'm just saying that for me, jump scares are pretty rare. For me, I do have my moments, don't get me wrong. But for Smile, I guess it wasn't really where I thought it would be for me

I thought it was a terrible movie. He brought me back on Split. Split was really good. Anyway, I'm getting off track of Smile, but yeah, I really like Smile a lot. I really didn't find too much wrong with it. And the jump scares to me, wasn't overbearing. I like that it start off slow. I like slow moving horror movies because it builds up the tension
