But you also got to realize once you're that person, you got to find a plan B and be like, okay, well, this is how I feel now. I got to heal over my grievances, right, and move on. And being able to be like, I'm strong enough as this is. And that is kind of the big thing, is what are you doing to grieve that loss? Or what are you doing to better your situation now that you got to that point?

It. All right, I'm back. Part two. So what I was saying was, as far as letting it out yeah. You want to be so excited that all of that crying, all of being tired, all of everything that you were dealing with, you get a reward from it. I'll give you a prime example example of success and reward. Right? When I was younger, it was me and my mom, right?
