And a little backstory on to me is I'm an only child, so when I love or when I be around individuals, it takes me a while to open up because I don't have that openness to open up around others, and it's very difficult for me to do that

If you're not vulnerable every day, or you can't be vulnerable to certain people and whatever else, and that's okay. But you need to understand that once you let whatever that trauma or anything that is bothering you go, you're now allowed to be better
