To all the spiritual seekers

article image placeholderUploaded by @Broungirltales
To to to all the spiritual seekers. People just want to ask, Have you ever come across this Celestine prophecy by James Redfield? This is a book that I came across Cross in 2011. I remember sitting at work between work, trying and reading this and the first time I was ever introduced to energy fields and how we, as humans and everything else in nature, has an energy field that has colors to it and how they join or add in and increase your positive energy or reduce your positive energy

Hey I love this book

And I loved it for years. Now I think you talk about raising energy now. I meditate. I read Jody Spencer's work. I meditate, and I feel that I do raise my energy. When I raise my energy, things happen. Coincidence, like coincidences happen for sure. That leads to me down a different path. It's been a long time since I read that book. So who knows? I might pick it up again. It's on my bookshelf

Energy transforms your surroundings

Well, I read this book first in 2011. At the time I was just married, and this book did help me a lot in raising my energy because James Redfield talks about himself in Adventures. I'm going through the 10th Insight now and in the 10th Insight

Thank you 🙏

And I just had this conversation about integration with Niteashanti. So everything's fresh in my mind in terms of when you read something and it offers you ideas and it sparks you. Is that the process already starting, or do you need to have this intense conversation about using what you learned and Nietzsche speaks about instead of integration? Look at disintegration the sense that is really about adding onto oneself? Or is it just about just dissolving into a larger field?

Picking this one right up!

And I didn't want to read too many reviews or too much of I didn't go into the summary of what the book is all about or anything because I wanted to dive into the book with no expectations whatsoever. That's how it usually works for me when I get to reading a book with a lot of expectations, it often turns out that I end up being underwhelmed, although I'm sure that might not be the case with this book having heard your rave reviews about it

Pain and Om chanting- a vibrational breathing technique

And the only thing at that point that helps me is the sound that I create in my own self. So just wondering if while you're in pain, if you breathe and did the Om sound, would that help you

@Broungirltales

And I've done that before. And I do believe that the vibration of the voice is so powerful, sort of. The cavity of our mouth can create such a strong set of sounds and vibrations that really can ripple and send messages. So I own, particularly with what it is. I think it conjures up so much more than just what's inside my mouth. So I'm going to do that. You have just give me another gift. So thank you

@kate

Thank you, Kate. You talk about synchronicity and alignment and all of these things that I feel. Yes. Somewhere we are all brought together, though. I mean, across worlds. In fact, this book somehow does the same thing, though. In the book, they bring people together to increase each other's energies. And despite the pandemic, or because of the pandemic, we are able to do the same for each other somehow
