In this manner, you would be able to do 16 hours of fast in between during other 16 hours period of time, our body breaks down the food and removes the toxin from our body. Thanks for your post. This has also been something really interesting to me. I have gotten really into intermittent fasting and really improved my health with it. I'm wondering if you have seen the work of Dr. Jason Fung. He's in Canada and he has kind of become an expert on intermittent fasting and eating low carb to improve health and lower insulin levels. It's something the science behind it is really, really fascinating to me
