10 years As A Teacher My Experience

And what I see is something that people think that will be changed or things can change, but how do you change it? Using the same system. I stand by this wholeheartedly because the system of being used wasn't benefiting. And it was the very one that I learned about from our history that things hadn't changed from the setting of the classroom, the pavilion, bail, so many things

But I've always thought myself that in order to truly be free to teach, you can't be bound by any type of system like that, especially when it's like, written by this guy, and these people design the curriculum and these people give it the stamp of approval and that type of thing. In order to really maximize, I believe, number one, the whole educational system has to be redone. It has to be redone. We need a new model

Yeah, so correct. And that's exactly what I always used to think when I would hear people say they'd be like, that's what it is, and they'll trickle on down. They'd be like they'll say everything else before they get to the education system. And to me, I'd be like, well, first of all, you can't change anything with the same s***. Can't change, like, the system. You have to change the system

Hey, Brandy. I don't know if anyone's ever told you this, but your voice is super, super low. It's even actually lower this morning than it usually is. I don't know if you're speaking into a mic or I don't know. I even had my earbuds in, and I still couldn't hear here. I could not hear you. Is there any way that you can repeat the message?
