I don't want to go back to a "normal" America πŸ—½

And I can't help but think I-I-I don't want to go back because even before this administration, we still were dealing with police brutality and racism and gross economic inequity. And I want to believe that we can dream of a better world. And even if Biden does get elected, that's just the first step in what I view as a continual fight towards justice and equality that won't be solved just by getting a Democrat into the presidential seat again. So I'm curious if you agree with me

The struggle for equality and justice must continue.

But should Joe Biden win, those things cannot be put on the back burner again. Just because people are satisfied with being in to a normal America, this is ongoing, and I don't want people to lose sight of that. So I fully agree with you

Focus!

But the system gobbles them up in the process because it is its own planet, if you will. So I think that one of the things that Progressives need to do is if they're going to stay on task and sort of force changes is need to be focused

The only thing that's going to happen here now is we're not going to hear about the President every single day. We're not going to have ignorance on parade. They might still be out there, but without the head honcho, the Grand Pouba in charge, who cares? They will not have the same pull, the same power. Their words will not carry as much currency as it did under this administration. So we won't have that normal again. We can't
