I think that's truly a great insight and something we miss when you're looking at why something happens, why something takes off in the business world. Second, for our business to be truly customer focused, it needs to ignore what people say. Instead, it needs to concentrate on what people feel. This again is key for building great brands and great businesses. And in fact, there's another quote by O'gilby that David Ogilvy himself that he refers to, which is relevant in this context

You can even give someone poison, but just tell them that they're the best person in the world, and they're like, oh, I am. Here. Let me drink this. Yeah, the feeling is the biggest thing. So I really enjoyed that quote. I'm definitely going to put this on my TV. I don't know when I'm going to be reading it, but definitely it'll be worth putting there
Hey, Shahnaz, happy New Year to you as well. And yes, this is a great book. And most business books that I tend to read or nonfiction books what I find them that they're not even worth five minutes. I mean, the actual content that that they contain are so little, so little. But they have to put it out in the full book format. And then you have to kind of speed read through it and to get to the good parts

So as soon as the book comes in to Barnes and Noble, they will call me and then I'll go pick it up. And once I pick it up, I already have it written down on my book goals. I have a little I know I'm so geekish. I actually write down now. I'm writing down monthly. What books I want to read, what books I need to read
