The data here is really compelling to me. I'm definitely curious to hear what Suda thinks. I have really been paying attention to this during the 2019 crisis because I've read article after article over the past year about just the effective leadership we've been seeing in countries like New Zealand and Germany who have women leading them

Biased point of view? I guess I’m guilty, not how you might expect?

But I think that the thing I've struggled with my whole life is I see people and some of those people are female, and some of those people are male. And some people respond better in a crisis than others. And some people are more technical and more professional. And the thing is that the thing we have to talk about. If you're going to put this out there and what Harvard Business Review put out there, what they didn't put out there was bias in the study
