Alkaline Vs Acidic Forming Foods

There's a whole list of different food items that include fruits and vegetables, grains, spices, sweeteners that are alkaline and least detrimental to the body. But I would love to first open the floor up to some people to contribute and share their thoughts in terms of the alkaline lifestyle versus acidic lifestyle. Have they tried it? What are their thoughts on it? What sort of benefits have they derived from the lifestyle before continue more thank you

Bo. This is very interesting, but I'm going to post a bunch of questions here. So I do know that there is a significant movement to drop acid. There's even a very famous book, drop acid, where they specifically to go after uric acid. Right. And so I do understand why people say, hey, keep your body more alkaline than acidic. But I'm going to point out a couple of things and maybe you can help me with this

They're actually alkaline forming in the body. So they help bring the body to a healthy state of wellness. I hope that answers your question. I'm going to try and see if I can get some people in to share their perspective because they're following Dr. Morris's theory in terms of alkaline foods, which may vary because based on each person's philosophy, certain foods they would consider to be on their alkaline list and others will not. But yes, as I mentioned, it's really important
