And even in reflection, so grateful for that and being able to spend time with those that matter, being in nature, having access to delicious, healthy food, fresh drinking water, and just life in its abundance. So as you start this week, and as I'm starting this week, I'm reflective on just being grateful for all that is and all that is coming. So what are you grateful for

I've been feeling really sluggish and tired recently, and it has made me feel really grateful for all that my body does and is able to do on a daily basis, and to remember that is a really important component to continuing to be able to do all of the things that I love on a daily basis

Thank you so much for sharing. I feel like gratitude is something that a lot of people forget to think about. Even I, you know, forget in time where things are hard and there's difficult situations that arise, I forget to be grateful for where I am in the moment, even if it is a difficult situation. I just forget to be grateful for the fact that I have tools to help me through difficult situations and people to be by my side
