And so as an alkaline vegan, the bananas that I will consume will be baby banana, which are the small bananas, a borough banana, and a green banana. These are the ones that are alkaline Dr. Savvy approved bananas

And then in order to get that pesticide off, you literally boil it in boiling water for like, 15 minutes if you have to truly get every ounce of that pesticide off of the Gray before you eat it, or you have to go in for the organic variety where such pesticide is not used. So there are some real horror stories about how fruits are coated with plastic pesticides in order to not be eaten by animals. And so I would also strongly advocate for organic produce as well

And so typically when I'm taking limes, I will just Peel the skin and not consume the outer part of limes because like you said, it takes a lot to be able to remove them. And even in terms of just cleaning your fruit, you want to be able to soak them in vinegar, which can help with some of those pesticides or things. You can also use sea salt in water to kind of cleanse your fruit. And also limes are very good as well
