How to stay Human in a Digital World

And most of what you need to do requires that you slow down to do it. You see, in the digital world, you're trained to need and want everything to be accomplished faster than before. Another one is. Staying human means coming to terms with the mystery and the paradox of humanity. You're not going to come across many things that are absolutely good or bad in your life. For example, a forest fire is devastating, but it allows for new growth

And I would always ask yourself in the back of your head as you're engaging in online activity, is this normal, healthy behavior in the real world? And if it's not, maybe you need to rethink your activity online so that you can notice who you are becoming. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing your comments and responses

What a great swell cast this afternoon. I find this so interesting, the whole being human thing. Being human is done best when we're relating. It actually is being relational. It's done best when we are in groups, in person, really getting to know each other. You can't really see people's intentions, see their demeanor, a smile on their face. You can't see what really needs to come across if you're just relating through text or technology
