The best way to understand what people really want is to listen to them directly. Just like how the best way to know what your friend likes for their birthday or what they want is to ask them. The best way to know what people want in a product or service is to ask them anything in life, any relationship and most of all, listen to the answer

So, yeah, clarifying, asking questions and literally listening to people's answers, listening to them from their heart is so important. I just love this thought. Thanks for sharing it
