What's going on? It's your boy blues. And I am back with a really quick one this time. It was just a little thought with music you don't need to see it to believe it. Sometimes I wish black women were music. So when we hear them crying and keeping ease of agony looking for the melody of justice we believe them from the first note

Oh, I love that line. We believe them from the first note. Really, really beautiful. Thank you for sharing

How timely is this reflection as I reflected on just experiences I've had where I desire to first note. Thank you

Sometimes I think, or I wish black women were music. That's a nice thought. And the reason I think that is because as a mother of two adult women, I have told them, and I myself have had to have told them you have to have a song that you sing in those rough days or those hard days, those joyous days. Pick out a song that you sing and it'll help you get through anything

That was a great a great short piece, poetic piece. Very succinct, but very powerful. It goes to show us that when we write poetry, it doesn't always have to be long and drawn out. It can be very short and very succinct and very telling in the words that are used, because the words that are intentional. So bravo. Bravo
