Hot smoke’n stories coming up I hope ! @

So maybe I should just say that having a grill, especially in Los Angeles and a great backyard, has given me this lease on pretending I have a huge kitchen because it's outdoors and I can do all sorts of things on there and feel pretty expansive in my menu. So I love that I can take things like a pineapple and barbecue it or delicious Portobella mushroom or what I did a few weeks ago copying a friend of mine. I barbecued a pizza. I made whole pizza to barbecue

I’m not a pit master.... but.

My dad made good barbecue when he would come over, and I always kind of wanted to do it myself. But I was intimidated, and my dad actually helped me. This was one at the time when I had leased the house, but he has shown me kind of how to get the charcoal going and all that sort of stuff. And from that moment on, it just became something I loved. I felt like a man. I know. That's very sexist to say

Well, well, my friend once again rejoining in on the Swell, and I am what you would call a pit novice. Although I've been cooking for years and years and years. I grew up watching my forebears Cook meat in the ground above the ground around campfires, pulling barbecue smokers out of the back of pickups and grills

I want a grille of so I do outdoor grilling.

Erica, I have a decrepit BBQ barbecue pitmaster to buy a Weber because I had a Weber for seven years and then the legs fell off. I don't have a high don't have a high proficiency rating when it comes to outdoor barbecue. But to answer your question, why would I have a grill outside? It's? Because I want to have a greezebo. First of all, I want to have something I can use in the frequent Irish wet weather that produces smoke, an aroma outside
