And so I think maybe just remembering that I don't have to connect to food in the same way that they do in order to share experience with them. And maybe just implementing some breathing techniques, pand reminding myself who I am, what I value and my own journey that may be a tool for me to use in this issue that I'm having. And like, some of the effects if I talk about the emotional eating maybe include the weight gain, obesity, high blood pressure, pand insomnia and like, it also one of the most essential effect that it caused is it affects one's self esteem and mental health. And I guess it can be managed by recognizing the triggers and pattern of this behavior and also defining healthy ways to cope up with the emotions, seeking professional help if needed, and developing a positive relationship with food and oneself
