Recognize and Release toxic behavior. The shadow of codependency.

article image placeholderUploaded by @Blind_Profit
Oftentimes though, an independent person with a codependent person finds themselves in a toxic relationship, especially if the independent person is not healthy. And by healthy I mean exhibiting behaviors that are acceptable in every way by everyone. Because codependency, from what I was learned, is that we are making excuses for behaviors that other people find unacceptable. So to that extent, a lot of codependent people find themselves with, quote, narcissistic people quote and the relationship becomes quote, toxic

The healing journey begins when we look inward and recognize our role in our own life. #Freedom #ShadowWork #Codepndent #NewAgePhilosophy #369Drea

Obviously I could be wrong, and obviously anyone's allowed to disagree, but I think addiction and a lot of dependencies literally stem from codependent behavior. But again, that's just what I'm learning so far. So I will make sure to tag you if make a post about codefinity in the future as I continue to deepen my insights on this path as well
