Silence makes things complicated
But patterns will present themselves in the beginning and you just have to stop dismissing those patterns and those red flags. So I encourage anyone out there who has a stalemate between them and anyone, as long as there's no real malice intentions on anyone's part. I just encourage you guys to reach out to each other and talk and communicate because it could be the start of something really beautiful or it could be the end of something that never was. Only you will know the situation

Hi. Thank you for sharing. This silence does make things complicated, and I've realized how communication is such an art, and it goes back to how you were communicated with growing up as well. Like, I realized how much I have had to break the pattern of silence that happened in my family and continues to happen or just skirting the issues and not addressing what's really going on

So that poem, little piece that I wrote was about someone that I want to talk to, but I'm not going to send a text message, so I'm going to write the poem down and kind of write my feelings about it. And then also for some situations, there's power in being able to say how you feel and not caring if you really don't care, if you get a response
