But then you might start questioning yourself, like, can I even tell this next person about myself, about the things that I've been through? Especially if you're a person who feels like they've championed their trauma in the past and that they've been through a lot of things, but they've survived those things, and they're not victims of those things, that they're survivors

And so I'm very vocal about my experience because whether someone is ready to be in the space I am in or not, I want them to hear that you can transition from victim to survivor. You are able to make it. There is life after that. And so that is my passion, that is my commitment to helping others on their path to freedom and wholeness. And so what I say to survivors is of any type of trauma, you heal how you believe that you need to heal

Like, my mind was bulletproof before because I made it that way. I trained it that way, and then I went through an experience that brought me back right back to kind of like, rock bottom and rebuild me up. And like you said, I still have some things that I have to heal from. I still have some things that I have to unlearn, too. But that doesn't mean you get to inflict trauma on me because you've been through trauma
