What if the energy you are matching is anxiety?
But I'm allowed to have these feelings and what I can do is say, this is what happened and this is how it made me feel and how can we move forward and not have me feeling this way again? And sometimes those feelings are because you've been triggered. Sometimes those feelings are actually 100% valid because that person is being like irrational. But those are little nuances and stuff that are just I'm not going to get into that

But yeah, there can be times where I'm in a great mood, I'm having a great day, then I come across somebody who's not having a great day. And you try to be empathetic. I think that's what matching energy is all about. But sometimes one's energy is not in the best place and you can do all you can to help them, but if they still are there, you have to leave them there. There's not much more you can do

So that's very interesting that you say that, but yeah, like and then with the not caring part, I'm with you. And you're right. Like, that's something that I've definitely been working on, is trying to care a little bit. Not saying that I don't care, but not caring to the point where it affects me and things like that. So that's something that I've been actively working on myself. This is a good post

That's why I don't match energy. Like, this is my energy, and either you're going to come up to it or not. And I didn't really touch on that at all in my little mini post

There's this wonderful account that's a community that I follow on Instagram, and he's always saying that, I hope you find someone who speaks your language so you don't have to spend a lifetime translating. So that's just my reminder to us all. But thank you for contributing and more. So thank you for your transparency and your just openness, because I've listened to some of your stuff. I don't comment on everything because I just don't always have anything to add
