I really like the phrasing. Winning the morning. Yes. A morning routine is so helpful, and I've been trying to recommit to mine, and a lot of it is sitting in meditation and just getting centered and ready for the rest of the day. And there's just some morning where it's harder to do it. And what I've been working on is even if I can't do it in the morning, maybe trying to find some time later in the day as well
