Remote work, bad for our physical heath?

article image placeholderUploaded by @BKFOREMAN69
So my position is remote work can be bad for your physical health, good for your mental health, but you have to work at it. Thoughts? Love to hear them

So for my lunch break, I go to the gym and then I come back home. These are the things that I needed to do, not only to help me physically, but mentally, because I'm the opposite of you. I like going to the office and I like being around my coworkers. Now, I did like having a hybrid schedule where I work three days in the office and two days at home

So I do not think at all it is bad for physical health. It gives you more control over your health, far more than being in an office, sitting at a desk with no ability to do anything else but sit there for 8 hours a day or sit in a car or train or bus commuting back and forth work. There is no comparison. Remote work is far better, I think, for our health than sitting in an office

So I got one of those remote what is it called, from your phone company, where you had the wireless sort of attachment to your laptop or the wireless router or modem or whatever it is called that I could take anywhere. So I would literally go by the beach or in the park and do work there. And it just felt so much more better for me
