And the point of this swell and the importance of this is, with exercise, we need to be able to sit, to stand. We need to be able to get up out of a chair, off a bench, off a stool, if we sit down and attire shoes. So I encourage all of you to pull out a chair and sit and stand as many times as possible. Maybe we should warm them up first so that they're not running on a cold engine. Maybe we need to warm it up so all the oils and everything in the engine can liquefy and everything flow smoothly throughout the car. Instead of attempting to get into a cold car where everything has kind of gotten a little bit solid overnight, let's warm it up first. So that's the same with us. Our muscles are tight, our joints are a little bit tight, tendons and ligaments are tight
