Have you ever thought about the business lessons that you learn in movies? I'm going to give you a quick example, right? In the movie The Devil Loves Prada, there were many business lessons in this movie, right? So I'm only going to talk about one particular scene

I know it's in France. Anyway, they have every kind of star in their agency, and at one point the agency is taken over by a guy who is outside, from outside the business, and everybody just wants to dump on him because he seems arrogant. He seems completely outside the loop. He came in with a certain amount of aggression, and it represented a shift for them culturally and a loss, and everything had to mix itself up

And I was walking through this one site, and the gentleman that I was walking around with in pointing out areas of success and opportunities was very crass, very crass, very dismissive, condescending in tone, and had posturing that was really disrespectful. And I said I've attempted to redirect more than once. I even pointed out that I was there as a collaborator and a resource, an internal resource to prepare for when we have outside auditors.
