Like, sure, let me run to the Sherwin Williams on my lunch break real quick. And then not to mention all the other random oyster bar. An oyster bar? Who. And what? Again, in my lunch break, I'm not rushing to the oyster bar when McDonald's is right there. I mean, the lack of imagination. What's the unified theme here other than capitalism? Oh, my God

And and when will we get back to a time when developers really decide, okay, this can be a perfect block, and we're going to have the perfect retail space and the perfect flow of the natural way someone might spend a Sunday afternoon? I don't know. I hope we get back to that. Thanks

It's. Wow. Thank you for your reply. You totally hit the nail on the head. I think things have changed post COVID as you said, beggars can't be choosers. And in my particular location, there are some areas that I'm pretty sure are owned by one landlord. And you can tell the difference? You can tell the difference? Somewhat well thought out
