So depending on what profession and what your purpose is, your common words will change. This is how I learned languages and I catch a lot of flag for it from the polyglot community. And I understand. But I think this system works for me because I'm able to communicate with so many people in their languages and in doing so I kind of get them excited about learning Gujarati or Hindi as well, which is like an added bonus.
