H G Well’s The Time Machine

article image placeholderUploaded by @Binati_Sheth
HG. Wells, the time machine. This one's a classic because it is the first time in fictional records that we have the concept of time machine brought forth where the author goes 800,000 times into the future or eight lakh times into the future and it comes back and nothing really changes. Is and there are parallels between the world that the author was writing the book in and the world of the future. Very similar to the things we complain about today, right?

I have heard about this book but have never thought to read it. So this is really interesting to hear. Just that it's like the classic time machine, the time travel theme. I honestly try to even think about any kind of time travel books that I have read. I'm sure I have read them before, but yeah, it's good to know that this is like the classic to read. So thanks for sharing about it

Yes, of course. Ironically, it's like a time machine for the Trope of time Machine. It's absolutely brilliant. I didn't include it there because that would have been too much, but that's literally what it is. You can see where the time travel theme begins and how much it has matured over the past few decades

Grandpa paradox and time travel

The background noise out and walk. But yeah, absolutely. Time travel fascinates and triggers your imagination. The book was great. The movie was not all that great but it kind of set your imagination to run wild. But for me what triggered more was a movie called Back to the Future. That movie really fired up my imagination. I really spent days thinking what would happen if I could travel back in time? And then it dawned upon me the grandfather paradox

I've watched three or I don't know whether any of them is canon or fanon but I think two of them definitely are part of the original franchise. Third one, I'm not really sure what it was. Was it money, money, money? Or was it like a fan project or something? No clue. I really enjoyed watching the Back to the Future movies, specifically the first one, because I think currently that is one great way of doing time travel
