Elaine. Thank you for posting this. I think a lot of people are not in the loop of news, and they depend on community to point them towards what they have to do next to stay safe, to stay in Elaine with what's due to them. But sometimes if you're not there at the right time, right place, and you don't know, you miss out and you get caught between the crowd acts and it's horrible. I have no idea why they require this double registration
