I would add way too much to my plate and be completely overwhelmed and still find myself saying yes to things I did not have time for. I spent time saying yes to people who only made me feel worse about myself. I was terrified of saying no because I was afraid that I would let somebody down or that by saying no, I would just get even more hurt. Saying no is a way to realize your worth

I need to just go through with this and that recognizing that your needs or your wants have changed or you miscalculated what's going on or what you agreed to isn't what you thought it was that changing your mind is totally acceptable and can be a form of self care, too. Yeah

Hey, boomeraga, it's I guess human nature that we are bound to say yes. And we think twice or twice before saying no to anything like you saying no as a form of self care, which I'm currently 20 years, eight. And it took me, like, 28 years to realize that saying no is okay
