Some relationships are toxic. How much ever we try to justify that they are for our benefit our subconscious know they are toxic. They make us feel worthless, they make us feel guilty and they make us believe that we are the problematic purpose in the relationship. So if you want to accept yourself yeah. The only way is to lose them. It is a painful process. But then which medicine doesn't give pain?
