Hi everyone. I hope you all doing good. I am Pavria Nanda. And let's just talk about something which is not so sugarcoated and not so sweet. So let's just talk about letting go. Things. Well, at some point in life, you just have to let go and move on

So, yeah, it's difficult to let go, to move on. But mostly it's the right thing to do. Sometimes the person is not worth for you to just holding on to that person is not worth it. But us being human beings, we tend to have a very difficult time to leaving things, to let go of things. It takes time and it takes a h*** lot of effort

Hey, Pavia, thanks for bringing this on swell. And welcome on swell. So it was really like hard touching. And I think that everyone needs to hear the this because sometimes holding on things is more painful than letting go. And the reason being I had something where I have to let go. My favorite bond, my favorite person, really. I sometimes feel that I did something wrong or I start doubting myself for that

So I guess it is okay to let things, people and emotions like situations, experiences go. But also talking about toxic people, toxic things that happened to you. For example, I had a toxic friend who texted me. According to me, she was my best friend. But long story. So after a couple of years of not talking, she texted me. Out of the blue, I saw her text. Now I wanted to run back to her. I wanted subchotobi

Hi Bhaavya. First of all, the topic you chose for us, well, which is it's okay to let things go is very nice. Letting go of the past is the only way to move forward. So many of us link to past regret, mistakes we make made and people lost, some steps never taken

It's okay to let things go. And it is actually, I think it is very important to let things go. You know, sometimes you feel the things you love are not actually, like, actually we are making you miserable. So you need to let it go. Like, really don't give a second thought. Just let it go. If you're miserable

Hello, Bhaavya. So I just wanted to join this conversation to say you that you are absolutely correct. We cannot hold on to everything every time. And life takes us to such Verma that most of the time it's better to let go of things without holding on to it. This is all I have to say. And I'm waiting to get more interesting spells from your iPad end. Thank you. Bye

And this is such a toxic thing at one point that you don't even realize it's toxic. You just be like, no, I don't want to give up like that. And I just want to keep trying, keep trying, keep trying and hold the other person within yourself until and unless he's just like become the reason for your pain. And it's not just about a person or individual. I think it must be for anything and everything we as humans get attached to

Hey there. I hope you are doing great. Thank you so much for listening to my swell. I just want to say that I'm really really proud of you and you are way too strong than you think you are. Yes, letting go is the hardest thing and you shouldn't doubt yourself on the basis of how others treated you. You should be proud of yourself that you hold on to that person for so long and you didn't give up
