I don't know if you've heard of them, but I follow them on Instagram and they have a podcast and they, I think, just came out with a book. And I believe the majority of the recipes are vegan.…"

Tempeh and kale

"…Hey, this is a quick one. I'm growing tons of kale, so every day, usually at lunch, actually, I do this. I throw some shallots and maybe a piece of garlic and oil, get that all browned, and then add my tempeh or my tofu this is tempeh and kind of turn it around to get it kind of browned. And then I throw in some a little soy sauce, a little sprague, sometimes a whole lemon in, and just get that kind of mixture.…"
