And then they took off with my uncle's car without permission and without asking, and then turn the whole situation around on me, basically blaming me, which is obviously gaslighting. So I'm reaching out to you, swellers, and this whole community to ask, how do you heal yourself after a betrayal? How do you continue trusting, growing, all that good stuff? Because right now, I feel like I'm not really going to trust again

But however, forgiving them is how you can really reignite your relationship with trust and deepen that finding that even though they did me wrong, even though they p***** me off, they're still human. And there was once a part of me that cared about them, or maybe I felt cared by them, and that's okay. Validate what was good

There's never a time or a situation where it's just one person who's done the wrong. Collective mortgage board I don't even know what the word is of things. And in this situation, you're right. I didn't stop and examine what this person could bring after their offer of help or how they showed up for themselves. You know, like, all these things, I was like, oh my gosh, you make such good, solid points

My presence always highlight the benefits. That's another thing. When I tell people my boundaries, always highlight the benefits and always highlight how much you care. Because if you want it to go over right, it's like when you reprimand a child, you don't just tell them to go to your room. You tell them, I'm doing this because I love you. I'm doing this because I care about you
