And I don't want to be religious, but there is a scripture that I always remember that I still apply in my life. It says, guard your heart. Out of your heart flows the issues of life. Guard your heart. Know when to let something in. Know when to take something on. Know when to let something out. Know when to release yourself from something that no longer serves you

And so just this whole message is really one of acceptance, like kindness of what your heart needs and how other people are working through the matters of bar it will be at all the different forms of it, and not having the judgment, but being able to come back to yourself, being the guardian of your heart. I read oracle cards, terror cards, and I have one, a card that's called the Heart Guardian

And the guardian, the heart guardian, I'm going to look that up because I really want to see some of the images, some of the images when you set it, some images popped in my head as to what I saw, like as a picture. But I'm interested in seeing that card and what it looks like. But yeah, just not having judgment

Hi. Yes, swell is awesome like that. You get to respond and reply back and forth to folks, and you can invite other people to your swells as well. At the top with a little, like, plus sign.
