Because they may be telling us something to you to help you do better that benefits you. And I know this is something I have to work on. Disobedient. I can't just listen sometimes. Then don't listen. It don't matter how old you are. You still have to listen to your mom and dad. Yeah. You still have to listen. No matter if you don't agree now, they tell you, do something crazy

Because I think there has to be space for you to kind of fall down and learn, and there has to be space for you to know things that the generation prior to yours didn't know. So I think there's a nice balance to be found, I think. But I don't think that disobeying your parents is necessarily a sign of disrespect or a sign that you don't love them
