"Gainz Some Knowledge" podcast. Whats in my ears as i train? 4/20/23
A lot of people get on there, give advice, and these are professionals, give it advice, how to train, how to run properly hydration, all that stuff. It's a great, great podcast. So run to the top, music wise now, if I opt and go with the music, it's funny, but when I run, I love listening to Slightly Stupid, which is a band from San Diego. Absolutely love them. They're kind of a reggae style band
