I like the fact that it's five minutes or less us, that we can just share a little bit the word, the truth, the life, the light, and be that difference in this world and that difference in this life by showing up and doing our part and not letting things just go by the wayside and not caring. But we look to the side and we lift up others and we bring them onto our level and we treat them equally with love and grace, respect and dignity

Depending on which screen you're on, sometimes it will include your own swell as well as others that you've replied in. But I think in this particular page it's mostly just others Swells, if that makes sense
