I have to write for me.
You loved the life that you created them with. You love it and you don't want to lose it. And when that happens, there's a serious, serious mourning period. And people, if they don't express that stuff and let it out and release it as it comes, that's going to find other ways to come out and not healthy ways. Anger, drinking, sex addiction, gambling, anything

I don't know who has said the quote before, but I don't know what I think until I see what I wrote. Something like that. So sometimes through communication, sometimes through writing, you find out what your soul is trying to say. You just have to get it out. You have to get it out. It's definitely embedded in you. It's woven into you. And so as creators, this is what we do

My parents bought me a typewriter, and I was able to type on it and write my stories. And my fifth grade teacher let me read those stories typed up for the rest of the class for reading comprehension. I had a teacher that really fostered my creativity, my ability to write, her faith in me, and I expected I would have that author in my high school career
