What did you learn from some of the games that you watched? Is there anything that has inspired you from other tournaments, from other sports people or athletes around the world? And if yes, can you leave an example of what have you done differently? Do you have a before and after story? Love to hear some of your stories and see how some of these leadership lessons have impacted you in many ways and in some way
And I think that what this World Cup showed is that there is a place for David versus Goliath in World football. And as a matter of fact, the few Davids from this tournament, the darlings of this tournament, they really commanded and took the bull by the horns. And I think that to muster that kind of courage in the face of such adversity and literally like, systemic bias against you is remarkable

But we're actually talking about this idea of people becoming symbols of a moment in time because the darker forces, darker people sort of get the headlines these days. It's just so full of people that make us sad. The Kanye's and the Trumps of the world who just are being amplified

And that's a big takeaway for me. The other thing you mentioned about probability. Yes, it is true that you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. But if you draw a parallel with, say, a product development and we often hear that it's okay to be scrappy. What I would add to that is being scrappy and being crappy is a very thin line

So it's also a factor of resilience, it is also a factor of being in the ring and lasting the distance and eventually does come around, I guess. So a lot of lessons to take away

That would be roughly a fair estimate. And so imagine that narrative, and not just in India, in wherever, globally, wherever people follow cricket, that kind of a tagline was associated with Mr. Sutton Milker. And that as an individual is bound to have an impact. But as it turns out, it didn't. He kept himself isolated from these huge, glorious praises and everything and kept doing his routine and played the way he did

Hey, I and you really bring up an interesting sort of tangential conversation about when we create a cult of personality, when we create this person and elevate them to an unrealistic standard, they will undoubtedly fall. But it also brings into question why people need to create such sort of crazy deity like people and blow them out of proportion to the extent that they do
And the reach that that has is even more intense when you think about how many people don't treat Messi as a human being, but treat him as a god. I actually wanted to double check the figures now, but Messi's Instagram is sitting at 408,000,000 followers. So you think about a guy who's that famous, has that amount of money, and he's still willing to take multimillion dollar deals from the Saudi government

There are people from other countries that want the United States to be held accountable for some of these things when we host the World Cup. I have listened to podcasts within the last week that have discussed this and one of the main issues for them is the reproductive rights issue that we have in this country right now and the fact that some of the states that the World Cup is being hosted in are not the most welcoming of states for people from all over the world
