Life will knock you down and keep you down if you let it. But that's what cowards do. And I am not a coward. I'm not going to let life keep me down because of what happened yesterday. That's not how I roll. Yes, I'm sad. Yes, I'm flustered. But you know what? I have my music to keep me going. I have my family to keep me going. So I just wanted to talk about that a bit

For being able to give appreciation for the life lost and also for yourself and just being graceful and allowing yourself to feel what you feel. So that's a huge practice in and of itself. And I appreciate you sharing your process here. Sometimes I like to put on music also. That sad if I need to be sad or trying to move through something, but I never put on you said like a quartet, symphony, I think is what you said

And even to this day, there are times when I listen to some of the same songs and I'm able to have the same tears and grieving. Get it out. The grief process is definitely a tricky one and everyone grieves differently. I feel like as long as you're not hurting yourself or hurting someone, do whatever is best for you. Unfortunately, some people do get lost in grief and it doesn't make them cowards, it just makes them more vulnerable to the process of grief and death
