Here we go!

I take a few other things, but biotin, I'm not that great with vitamin because I get in my food. So eat good food. Okay. It's almost three minutes. I'm going to stop now. Have a great Sunday

@DBPardes @UnityEagle wisdom! (pic of winter sowing jugs)

It's not such a big creative period for me right now, so I appreciate it. That perspective is good. And I love Mark Twain. How did you know I liked Mark Twain? What an interesting man. So many things to be said about Mark Twain and his essays and his work. And, oh, I could go on about him. Anyway, I appreciate that. I appreciate your feedback and thank you. That's actually really helpful. And yes, your vitamin thing is completely true

I think I too am conscious of eating healthy food, so I just throw vitamins in the mix, usually because they're expensive, but if you buy one, you get the second one free or half price. I always have too many vitamins around. They last me for a year more. I do take iron because I tend to be anemic eat so little red meat and Red Cross kept turning me down when I went to donate blood

p.s.

On second thought, Barbara being too busy to worry about life, I don't recommend it as a strategy for coping with worry. It's a different kind of stress, but it's stress nonetheless

@Tim

We need to worry about that. So there is that. But it's okay. I went and took a nap and I slept in some more. Sleep helps me sleep and stress. But you have to balance that, too, because maybe that could go into depression, I assume. Yeah. I am worried about world events. I have to admit, I'm worried about world events. Trying not to, but I am. Tim, thank you for your two cent. I appreciate it

So I said, man, I was so worried that I couldn't even see the work that I needed to do. I just couldn't even read the letter that told me what time my exam was. It was just like I was so worried. So I remember I bought a Paul McKenna book. He's a hypnotist. And I had this CD exam success. But I never listened to I listened to it once

Even though Deborah said earlier that I don't need to worry about World War Three, I'm sorry. I think it's okay that I'm a little worried about World War Three. I think it is okay to be a little worried about what's going on in Ukraine. And what I mean by that is we don't really know what's going to happen

I'm worried I might miss out on the conversation. So even though I'm brain dead and barely able to stay awake, I'm going to say, hey, I got something to say about all of these topics. Some of them I don't even know what the word means, but I will come back to that. So I just want to say how wonderful it is that Barbara, you've attracted all like the honey Bee, I suppose, got us all coming into your landscape

Now you've got ambit noises. I'm on a trained platform. Sorry about that. But yeah, I agree. And I remember saying on social audio late part of 2019, I think I wasn't worried about this virus. How wrong was I? I guess sometimes we need to be worried about stuff. Not that it would have made any difference to what happened, but I was just so wrong. And I guess to be a little concerned is good. Yeah

Barbara. So I'm in Selfishes right now, which is one of my favorite stores. Some more ambient towns from London. I love Selfishness. I'm always walking through here. Even if I'd have to buy anything, I take it as a shortcut on my my way. So I was going to say to you a few things. First of all, the exercise, it doesn't matter what you do. Climber something that's good for your knee, swimming

@MarkR exercise has been tough. finding peace ☮️ 🇺🇸

You are a very positive person and that's a really good way to be on the Internet with folks. I appreciate that about you. And yes, the last couple of months have been really bad for me. With the exercise, I was actually doing pretty well, even in the snow. I actually got these special shoes with these special clips on it so I could walk through the snow. But then the last couple of months have been not good

That is something that people have said about me. I'm very positive and make them feel good, especially with my clients. So that's good. That's what I tried to do. But you sent this message and he was so sincere in the delivery of it. You said that I was inspiring and that made me feel really good about myself. I really love that. Barbara, thank you. And with you, your training. Once again, stress training is important strength work

That's really good. Because the other way to remain healthy as an old person in America is to just eat better, eat right. You want to have this? And I'm going to have a piece of Rye toast. I love Rye. Rye just gives such a great flavor. Such a good bread for me. Thank you for your encouragement. On the 30 minutes, like four days a week. Right now, I'm gardening a lot, so I'm outside more

That's no point in crying over Bill Swells. So I wish you a great morning and I sip a coffee here. Now having the most lazy is it Monday? It is the start of a week. I have a lot of awareness that I haven't been outside in the fresh air as much as some people would think healthy. Once I get dressed, I'm going to take Louis out for a walk and get out

@DBPardes

Now it's watch my daughter play with her friends, invite them in, take them out of church or shopping or whatever we're doing and just find things to do. And then if I don't sleep at night, I don't get too mad at myself anymore because I'm just like, look, my mind is overactive. I'm going to have to just do something with it, whether it's testing apps or consuming content, that kind of thing
