'you should do something you hate for money so you can put the money you earn in something you like'

I took a year off after 12th just to rethink my career choices, and I explored a lot of things, talked to a lot of people, and I decided after a while that I want to be an engineer and I don't hate it. I've always loved computers and my career is based around computers, but it's given a choice between engineering and being a musician. I'll choose to be a musician in a heartbeat

You are doing engineering thing, but you hate that thing. Like, not literally hate that thing, but you're doing that thing for money, right? So you can put the, the, the, the money you earn in something is music. That's great, buddy
