The past is gone and future hasn't arrived

Being sad about the fact that they might cheat on them or they may lose interest in them? By thinking about such instances and drawing vague scenarios in your mind, you are ruining the sense of peace that is supposed to be your present. Don't you think you should be thankful for Him her Das being by your side right now? Isn't it foolish for someone to think what bad might happen to their relationship in future rather than acknowledging the love, affection and comfort they provide to you presently?

@Ayus_01

Because there's a difference between enjoying the present and destroying the present, isn't it? I mean, like we can enjoy the present while working for a future while working to improve our future or maybe we can just work on the things we like and try to create a financial support out of it and our future will become better itself, isn't it?

Because as you said, the life will never come back. We don't know how long do we have with us. So we should enjoy our life. And I would agree with you that people worry about future. But there is some sense in worrying about future although the irrational apprehensions that we keep are not very valid. So according to me, the worrying about future irrationally is not justified. So we should just live our life and just stay happy. Thank you

Hey Ayushi. Thank you so much for this lovely swell and the title of Das well totally drew my attention. You rightly said that we can plan everything but we never know about life, right? Instead of enjoying the present, we often worry about the past or the future. Failing to live the moment, why are we so worried about something we can't change or something which hasn't even arrived?
