Ma L-A-S. And waste products are the malas of your body and they include urine, feces, mucus and sweat. Eliminating waste is crucial to good health. But dosha imbalances stifle the flow of the malas, creating a toxic internal environment. If you are not eliminating malas, it means you are accumulating AMA somewhere in your system. So if you always have a problem with constipation, then you have clogged up waste product in your system

Hey, I really love this. I love the indepth overview. I've never heard of AMA, I've never heard of Mala. I've heard of Doshas, I've heard of Ayurveda. I've studied it in my teacher training, yoga teacher training practices many, many years. But we've never dove this deep. So I just want to give deep appreciation for you for posting all the specifics on this. I find it very, very fascinating

And I will just say one thing without treating you. The symptoms that you're describing in your stomach or vodka AMA, and those come because the nerve supply to the stomach from the vagus nerve is overstimulated
