Get your sleep

Now, I know that early risers, and there are very many famous early risers like Jack of Twitter, President Barack Obama, and it said that they sleep on time, wake up on time and get a lot done in the few early hours of the morning. I am now convinced that sleep and good digestion are key to maintaining your energy levels throughout the day. Today was a fantastic day. I felt rested, energetic, clearheaded

Optimum suggestion is let's just call it that because sometimes I feel like I've slept very well if I've slept even for like five to 6 hours as long as I get that REM sleep, which every health expert endorses and advocates. So, yeah, I'm going to try and go back to bed now

And I do hope that more and more people begin to understand this and the need to sort of not to say that, of course, each to his own, but still, there is a definite advantage in waking up early in the morning. So thanks for this post

Personally, I feel this is something that is likely to happen to you in your 30s, because in your 20s, your energy level is any way high. It is in your 30s when you are likely to discover that if you maintain healthy sleep hygiene, or good sleep hygiene, if I may call it that, that you are energetic and productive and efficient throughout the day

So I think that's how we should rewind and get into the same habit. I mean, this is my advice. I hope this is not unsolicited, I hope this is doable for you. I hope you don't find it silly, but I am trying to do this that sleep religiously at the same time every day and get into that sort of schedule like going to school. So I am removing unnecessary distractions because getting sleep makes such a huge difference to my day
