This entire hashtag series is about sleep and getting proper sleep so that you're clear headed, efficient, productive and energetic the day after. So I think it is very important to be sorted, chand clearheaded to be able to get proper sleep

Hey Avi. I love this hashtag series on sleep. I'm someone that's guilty of procrastinating and overthinking and all of that, no doubt. But sleep is something that is something I've always had a difficult relationship with right throughout school and college. I'm just trying to really follow what you said the other day and get 8 hours of sleep. So right now I fluctuate between 5 hours and 7 hours which is not too bad
I dim the lights down and I turn off the TV chand. I dim the lights down, I just have my bedside light on and I read a book or do anything that's not stimulating. I, like doing swell. Today I am up beyond my bedtime. I usually hit the bed at eleven today, for whatever reason. We finished dinner late, so I went out for a walk

Now I'm going to take a rest, I'm going to dim the lights, I'm going to read a light book. Nothing too heavy. So that's it. Reward yourself for have that feeling that you had as a school kid, that today was a good day. Today was a good day, end of story. So break your work into bite sized chunks and get those chunks done in a day and that's it. After that, you take a break
