Anyways, I first started realizing I was a little different when I was about, let's say five or six
So anyway, coming to this new understanding about myself, learning about others who were also autistic, and hearing about their lived experience was so helpful to me because prior I only had limited ideas of what autism looked like and they were very much the stereotypes we see in movies and TV shows and so on. Absolutely. And I think it's a great idea that you're waiting on Clubhouse because honestly, I have experienced more s*** ableist and otherwise on Clubhouse. I think because we're forced to pause here before recording that it in some ways allows us to think a little bit more before responding to things. So I think it's a much more comfortable atmosphere. At least of late, I flip back forth. I'm getting to that point where my brain and my mouth are not cooperating
